3rd Annual Kofi Burbridge Day of Service to Mobilize Volunteers Nationwide on #GivingTuesday

The 3rd Annual Kofi Burbridge Day of Service is set to kick off on Nov. 28, aligning with the worldwide celebration of #GivingTuesday. This nationally recognized day of generosity will inspire people around the globe to come together and make a positive impact in their communities.

The Tedeschi Trucks Band family, in collaboration with nonprofit organizations, has organized a unique, community-based volunteer opportunity for individuals who wish to contribute to this meaningful cause in honor of Kofi Burbridge’s legacy in 15 cities. Advanced registration is mandatory to participate in this nationwide initiative as space is limited, and volunteer slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Swamp Family fan club members were granted early access to registration, and volunteer shifts are still available in most participating cities.

For those unable to attend one of the sponsored events, the organizers encourage participation through alternative avenues. Volunteers can make a positive impact in their local communities by supporting WhyHunger. Additionally, those who wish to contribute financially can donate to the Kofi Burbridge Fund through the Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation.
