Frontman Jason Evans Parts Ways With Ingested

Ingested has announced the departure of their longtime vocalist, Jason Evans. The UK death metal band shared a statement today, November 25th, addressing the lineup change and expressing their gratitude for Evans’ contributions during his tenure.

Their official statement reads:

After many years of collaboration, we want to announce that we have parted ways with Jason Evans. This decision was not made lightly, but we all agree it’s the best step for the future of the band and for Jason.

In a video statement shared separately, Jason Evans addressed his departure from Ingested, offering:

“After 18 years, I am no longer the vocalist of Ingested. It feels pretty weird to say that, ’cause it’s been most of my life. But I just want to thank all my family and friends for their unending support, all the friends that I’ve made through touring over the years, and most importantly all the fans, for making all this happen.

This isn’t the end for me. I’m happy, I’m healthy, I’m surrounded by people I love. I’m excited to find out what the next chapter in my life’s gonna be. I’m proud of everything that I’ve achieved over the past two decades. That music’s always gonna be there…”
