Damiano David of Måneskin to join Joel Madden on Ep. 99 of Artist Friendly

More Artist Friendly is on the way. Following conversations with comedian Jessi Cruickshank, Tim Kasher of Cursive, and Ink Master judge DJ Tambe, Damiano David of Måneskin will join Joel Madden on the latest episode of the series.

Måneskin — the ’70s-inspired Eurovision winners who became viral stars — have been championed by young rock fans. Over the past few months, though, their frontman David has been branching out by sharing songs from his first solo album (including the Labrinth-produced “Silverlines” and “Born With a Broken Heart”), which is set to arrive next year. In a conversation with Madden, the Måneskin singer reveals the importance of doing what makes you happy, missing family and friends on the road, and his upcoming solo project.
