As fans eagerly await Phish’s 17th annual New Year’s Eve celebration at Madison Square Garden–staging at the hallowed New York arena from Dec. 28-31–frontman Trey Anastasio has given his audience more to anticipate with the announcement of a new solo acoustic tour. From March 8 to April 5, the legendary jam figurehead will assume the spotlight alone with his guitar for 20 performances across the East Coast and Midwest. This series arrives as Anastasio’s first confirmed tour of 2025, setting out one month after Phish’s annual Riviera Maya concert getaway.

Anastasio will kick off his solo acoustic tour—far and away the largest of its kind to date–with a performance at Springfield, Mass.’s Symphony Hall on March 8. After a follow-up at Boston’s Wang Theatre at Boch Center on March 9, the artist will move on to the Mid-Atlantic, staging at Wilkes-Barre, Pa.’s F.M. Kirby Center on March 11 and Rochester, N.Y.’s Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre on March 12. Trey will make his way to the Midwest with a March 14 show at Columbus, Ohio’s Mershon Auditorium, then stop at Milwaukee’s Riverside Theater, Nashville, Ind.’s Brown County Music Center, Chicago’s Orchestra Hall and Kansas City, Mo.’s Uptown Theatre on March 15-19 before bearing South.

On March 21, Trey will touch down in New Orleans for a staging at the famed Saenger Theatre. After the encore, he’ll head to Birmingham, Ala.’s Alabama Theatre on the following evening, then make his fifth-ever appearance at Nashville, Tenn.’s legendary Ryman Auditorium on March 23. Following two stops in Orlando and Clearwater, Fla. on March 26 and 28, Anastasio will begin to wind through the Southeast, stopping at Savannah, Ga.’s Johnny Mercer Theatre, Charleston, S.C.’s Gaillard Auditorium, Knoxville, Tenn.’s Tennessee Theatre and Greenville, S.C.’s Peace Concert Hall from March 29 to April 2. The artist will present his penultimate program at Washington’s Warner Theatre on April 4, then close out his tour with a grand finale at Red Bank, N.J.’s Count Basie Center for the Arts.

Anastasio’s upcoming solo acoustic is his longest yet, far surpassing the previous record of eight dates on his 2018 solo run. The intimate series is the first to present Trey apart from his many bands since the summer of 2022. Tickets will become available through a presale tomorrow, Dec. 4, with a general on-sale for any unsold stock opening on Friday, Dec. 6. For more information, visit trey.com/tour.
