Dark Star Orchestra Outline 2025 Dark Star Jubilee Featuring Warren Haynes Band, Leftover Salmon, moe. and More

Dark Star Orchestra has announced the return of Dark Star Jubilee. The 12th annual event will return to Legend Valley in Thornville, Ohio on May 23-25, 2025. In continuation of the Grateful Dead-infused gathering, the festival founders will lead the occasion, which boasts an array of jam-leaning acts that accentuate the ethos of improvisation.

In addition to the hosts, the 2025 Dark Star Jubilee will feature a sprawling schedule featuring past participants and first-time acts, ranging from jam-scene veterans like moe., Warren Haynes Band, Leftover Salmon, as well as Melvin Seals and JGB, featuring special guest Jennifer Hartswick (Trey Anastasio Band).

Positioned beside jam favorites are rising talents like Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Too Many Zooz, Hot Buttered Rum, Toubab Krewe, Jeff Mattson & Friends, Armchair Boogie, Organ Fairchild, Joslyn & The Sweet Compression, Th Spikedrivers, New Gypsy Cowboys and Dino Presents “Iconic A.”

Dark Star Orchestra hosted its initial Dark Star Jubilee in 2012 and has expanded its curated offering of jam-focus music with the arrival of each occasion. Since its start, the hosts have welcomed a shining display of acts and artists, ranging from members of the Dead to beloved San Francisco contributors who exemplify and excite yearly attendees.

Early Bird Tickets will go on sale this Friday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. ET. Complete festival details, tickets, and more can be found here.
