Ex Deo Premiere New Single & Lyric Video “Vespasian”

Ex Deo has announced their upcoming EP, Year Of The Four Emperors, set for release on January 10th via Reigning Phoenix Music. The first single, “Vespasian,” has just been unveiled, accompanied by a lyric video. This four-track EP delves into the tumultuous events of AD 69, exploring the reigns of Roman Emperors Galba, Otho, Vitellius, and Vespasian.

Fronted by Kataklysm vocalist Maurizio Iacono, the Roman Empire-inspired symphonic death metal band shared the following about the track:

“The EP’s closing track is an anthem of resilience and renewal. Vespasian emerges as a figure of stability amid the chaos, and the music reflects his calculated strength. Triumphant melodies intertwine with thunderous percussion, capturing his consolidation of power and the restoration of Rome’s fractured empire.
