Diddy’s inner-circle speak out in new ‘Making Of A Bad Boy’ documentary trailer: “I witnessed everything”
A trailer for the upcoming documentary Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy has been released and sees members of the rapper’s inner-circle speak out against the disgraced mogul.
Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy is produced by Peacock and will debut on the network on January 14. Now, a new trailer for the 90-minute documentary has been revealed, and includes snippets of his former staff spilling all of the musician’s darkest secrets.
The upcoming documentary will detail Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ life and career, as well has his fall from grace – the musician and businessman is currently awaiting trial on May 5 for charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, and will remain imprisoned until then.
The Making of a Bad Boy will feature Diddy’s childhood friend, a former bodyguard, a former make-up artist, a former intern and producer for an insight into the rapper’s infamous parties and illegal activity. It will also include never-before-seen footage of Diddy in the studio and at parties.
In the trailer, we see an unnamed woman say that she had “witnessed everything” Diddy had done firsthand, while another said she believed he “can get away with anything”.
Musician and producer Al B. Sure! makes an appearance in the documentary, and in the trailer says grimly: “Something is not right with this.” An anonymous interviewee added: “I’ve been with Sean for quite a while and I’ve captured a lot of moments. Anytime a studio or any room is red, he’s making love and sex. Some of the girls who were in the room, for sure, they were underage.”
Another unidentified woman added: “They said they could ship me off and sell me to anyone.”
The trailer ends with Diddy telling someone off-camera in archival footage: “I can show y’all how we have fun and stay out of jail too.”
Diddy has – through legal representatives – denied all allegations against him to date. Should he be found guilty, he could face 15 years to life in prison. He has been held in a federal jail in Brooklyn since his arrest on September 16, and has been denied bail on multiple occasions, with the first denial coming after he offered a $50million (£38.4million) bond. He was subsequently reportedly placed on suicide watch.
Combs was denied bail for the third time in November, with the judge declaring that “the government has shown by clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community”.
Last month, it was reported that Combs was reportedly being housed in the same jail as Luigi Mangione, the chief suspect in the investigation into the murder of a healthcare CEO.
