Cardi B appears to accuse Offset and mother-in-law of stealing from her

Cardi B has appeared to accuse her ex Offset and mother-in-law of stealing from her.

Cardi spoke to X Spaces on Tuesday (January 14) during which she accused her estranged husband and mother-in-law, Latabia Woodward, of “robbing her”.

Cardi didn’t go into the details of the alleged incident but said: “I ain’t listen after you and your momma robbed me. Yeah, you and your mom robbed me cold, wiped my nose. Told you stop fucking playing with me.”

NME has reached out to representatives of Offset for comment.

Elsewhere, Cardi also went on to claim that Offset was absent during the holidays and that he didn’t buy their children any gifts.

“You just called your daughter for the first time this year, yesterday. Your newborn. You love your kids so much and you didn’t bought them shit for Christmas. But you came to New York to buy your other kids gifts. But you didn’t bought my kids shit on purpose to spite me. Mind you, we was cool. We wasn’t fucking, but we was cool. Stop fucking playing with me.”

The couple previously separated in December 2018. Cardi then filed for divorce in 2020, claiming that “there are no prospects for a reconciliation.” A month later, the ‘WAP’ rapper decided not to go through with it. Last year, however, the pair did separate when the rapper confirmed she was expecting her third child.

“With every ending comes a new beginning!” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power!,” she continued. “Reminded me that I can have it all! You’ve reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion!”

“I love you so much and can not wait for you to witness what you helped me accomplish, what you pushed me to do! It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through!”
