LISTEN: Two Beautiful New Tracks From American Football

American Football have shared some brand new music, their first since the release of LP3 in 2019.
They also serve as the last recordings to feature drummer Steve Lamos following his departure from the band earlier this year.
The first track is ‘Rare Symmetry’, a delicate and perfectly balanced piece of the band’s signature twinkles. Ambient, textured and beautifully heartfelt, it’s very close to perfect.
And the second is a cover of Mazzy Star’s ‘Fade Into You’:
And as an extra treat, here we have ‘Uncomfortably Numb’ featuring Hayley Williams from LP3:
