Diddy is facing another sexual assault lawsuit, levied this time by a woman who claims to have been “sex trafficked and gang raped” by the artist when she was a minor.

A Jane Doe plaintiff submitted the complaint – one of several such actions filed against Diddy in recent weeks – to a federal court in New York, naming as defendants the former Revolt Media chairman, longtime Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre as well as the company itself, Daddy’s House Recordings, and an as-yet-unidentified third alleged assailant.

According to the unsettling suit, the plaintiff, a Canadian citizen who was 17 years old when the crimes allegedly occurred, met Pierre and the unnamed third individual “in a lounge in the Detroit, Michigan area” in 2003.

“It was not uncommon for her and her friends to frequent bars and lounges in the Detroit area,” the complaint elaborates of the circumstances under which the teenager purportedly visited adults-only establishments. “Certain of Ms. Doe’s friends were well connected with people in the music industry.”

Pierre “repeatedly complimented” the plaintiff’s appearance before introducing her to Diddy over the phone, per the legal text. During the call, the artist is said to have made clear that he’d “love to meet her,” besides encouraging her to travel to his location “in a private jet.”

Subsequently, Pierre allegedly “directed” the plaintiff to the lounge’s bathroom, where he allegedly “began to smoke crack cocaine from what appeared to be an aluminum can” and then allegedly sexually assaulted her.

Despite this alleged crime on the part of Pierre, the plaintiff that same night, allegedly “directed” by Pierre once again, boarded a private plane in Pontiac, Michigan, to meet Diddy in New York City, according to the lawsuit. Pierre, the unnamed alleged criminal, and a different individual yet are said to have taken the same flight.

From there, with vehicles having been awaiting the party’s arrival at New Jersey’s Teterboro Airport, per the complaint, the plaintiff and the others are said to have traveled to Manhattan recording studio Daddy’s House.

Initially, a female, not identified in the suit, was purportedly recording at Bad Boy-owned Daddy’s House as her parents as well as Diddy “watched on.” But after the female artist and her parents left, the three alleged criminals began “to ply” the plaintiff “with copious amounts of drugs and alcohol” while “hitting on her incessantly,” the action maintains.

Allegedly rendered “more and more inebriated, eventually to the point that she could not possibly have consented to having sex with anyone, much less someone twice her age,” the filing party was later that evening allegedly raped by Diddy, Pierre, and the unnamed defendant in the studio’s bathroom.

Towards its end, after describing the disturbing alleged episode and the immediate aftermath in relative detail, the text states that the plaintiff knew it’d prove “extremely difficult” to speak out against the defendants “and that she would likely be subjected to retaliation and defamatory slurs and attacks.”

But witnessing “two other women bravely speak out against” Pierre and Diddy ostensibly afforded the plaintiff “the confidence to tell her story as well.”

Diddy promptly settled another sexual assault lawsuit last month, and today, the 54-year-old took to social media to maintain his innocence in an all-caps image message.

“Enough is enough,” this post reads. “For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watch people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.

“Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.

“Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
