Billy Strings Solves Word Search, Unveils Locations for Spring 2025 Tour

Billy Strings has revealed plans for his 2025 Spring Tour. 

The bluegrass golden boy hatched the first semblance of a schedule on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2025, via social media. He shared a word search grid and invited his fans and followers to look up, down, side to side, diagonally, and backward to solve the mystery of what’s to come. 

Spring was easy to identify, five lines down and three over; it prompted Strings enthusiasts to look over the letters and find the locations for the band’s seasonal outing. The comment section of Strings’ post was filled with guesses, many of which were confirmed today when an official list of spring dates was distributed. 

According to the artist’s latest social media post, the spring tour will commence on April 3-5 at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre in St. Augustine, Fla. The band intends to remain in the country’s Southern region, performing in Tampa, Fla., on April 9, before following up with two nights at Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Ga., on April 11-12. 

After two nights performing in the Peach State, Strings and company will turn up at John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, Va., on April 15, inevitably continuing their jaunt with a trio of shows at Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary, N.C., April 17-19. 

Next, the band will hit the country’s midsection, arriving in Strings’ home state for two nights, May 30 and 31, at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Mich. Prior to the onset of summer, Strings will use the fill the remaining days of spring with a pair of shows in Rosemont, Ill., an evening in Kansas City (June 11), St. Louis (June 13-14) and the tour finale in Lexington, Ky. (June 20 and 21). Notably, the first night in Bluegrass State coincided with the summer equinox on June 20, 2025.
