Bright Eyes have shared details of a new 2025 tour for the UK and Europe. Find ticket details below.

The new run of tour dates comes as the US indie rock band cancelled all remaining 2024 shows last September, following frontman Conor Oberst losing his voice and undergoing “multiple tests to determine the cause” of his vocal problems.

They made their return earlier this month, taking to the stage at The Van Buren in Phoenix, Arizona last Thursday (January 16) – playing a career-spanning set that included the first performance of ‘June On The West Coast’ since 2011.

Now, the band have confirmed their long-awaited return across the pond, announcing new tour dates for the UK and Europe. The dates kick off with an opening night at Rock City in Nottingham on June 16 and continue with several other UK shows.

These include a stop at the O2 Academy in Bristol and the O2 Academy in Leeds on June 17 and 18 respectively, before more dates in Manchester and Glasgow follow. Rescheduled dates have been announced for the previously-axed shows in Wolverhampton and London, as well as a new show in Dublin.

Other rescheduled dates include shows across Europe, including gigs in Hamburg, Oslo, Amsterdam, Stockholm and Cologne. The tour wraps up with two festival appearances – one at Mad Cool in Madrid on July 10 and one at NOS Alive in Lisbon two nights after.

Tickets go on sale this Friday (January 24) at 10am local time, and pre-sale options will commence on Wednesday (January 22) at the same time.

Speaking about the project in an interview with NME, the frontman said: “This time, I still hope the songs resonate and have equal amounts of meaning, but as far as the sounds and approach to the music, it’s a bit lighter.

“The word ‘fun’ is very rarely used to describe my band, but maybe it is a bit more fun,” he continued. “When we last went on tour we were cruising around with a 14-piece band and strings and horns. This record is going to be just guitars; rock and roll stuff.”
