Dawes & Friends Plot Christmas in Los Angeles Concert at The Bellwether

Folk rock ensemble Dawes has announced their plans for the impending holiday season. The band, which consists of Taylor Goldsmith, Griffin Goldsmith, and Lee Pardini, shared that they will host a celebratory night of music dubbed Christmas In L.A. With Dawes & Friends, on Dec. 9 at Los Angeles’ The Bellwether. 

In the group’s announcement, which was blasted across social media, they offered insight on the event: “Big news! We’re gonna play our first ever Dawes & Friends: Christmas in LA show! Expect a holiday song or two. Expect some familiar faces from the Dawes Universe. And expect Griff to shake some sleigh bells at least once.”

Dawes’ forthcoming holiday stand will arrive after the group, known for “When My Time Comes,” “A Little Bit of Everything,” and more, return from Japan, where they’re scheduled to play on November 15 at Liquidroom in Tokyo, and Club Quattro in Oska, a night later, on November 16. The pair of shows in Japan and the newly announced holiday appearance will round out 2023 for the band.
