Gracie Abrams’ “That’s So True” has settled in for its third consecutive week at the summit of the U.K.’s Official Singles Chart

Once again fending off competition from Gigi Perez’s “Sailor Song” and ROSÉ and Bruno Mars collaboration “APT.”, Abrams’ “That’s So True” remains at No. 1, while another Abrams single, “I Love You, I’m Sorry” remains in the top 40.

Having unveiled her sophomore album The Secret Of Us in June, which debuted at No. 1 on the U.K.’s Official Albums Chart and at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, the U.S. singer-songwriter’s profile has continued to rise globally. Having opened for Taylor Swift on numerous Eras Tour dates in 2023, Abrams is back on the road for the current leg of the trek, which will wrap in Canada on Dec. 8 at Vancouver’s BC Place.

Elsewhere, Sam Fender earns the week’s highest new entry at No. 4 with “People Watching,” the lead single from his forthcoming album of the same name (due Feb. 21 via Polydor). The Official Charts Company reports that it is the first song by a U.K. alternative artist to debut in the top 4 in 10 years.

Teddy Swims lands two tracks in the top 10 with “The Door” (No. 5) and “Bad Dreams” (No. 6), while Tate McRae’s “2 Hands” debuts inside the top 10 at No. 8.

Twenty years on from release, Girls Aloud’s “I’ll Stand by You” re-enters the top 40 thanks to the release of the charity single “I’ll Stand By You (Sarah’s Version)” for BBC charity event Children In Need. The latter contains a previously unheard lead vocal from the band’s Sarah Harding, who passed away in late 2021. “I’ll Stand by You” (a cover of The Pretenders’ 1994 original), peaked at No. 1 in 2004.

Following the release of comeback LP From Zero, Linkin Park scores a stellar three top 20 singles with “The Emptiness Machine” (No. 10), “Heavy Is the Crown” (No. 21) and “Two Faced” (No. 22). BTS star Jin, meanwhile, lands his first U.K. top 30 solo single with “Runnin Wild” coming in at No. 25.
