Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson has premiered his latest solo single titled “Afterglow Of Ragnarok.” This track will be available digitally and as a 7” single, including a bonus eight-page comic book linked to his upcoming solo album, “The Mandrake Project.” Check out “Afterglow Of Ragnarok” streaming via YouTube and Spotify for you now below.

The full-length album is anticipated for a 2024 release, with further details yet to be revealed. This album will also be accompanied by a comic book series under the same title, set to be published by Z2 Comics. Both the album and comic series expand on a narrative conceptualized by Dickinson for the record.

Dickinson shared his thoughts on the track and the newly released video directed by Ryan Mackfall:

“It was important to set the tone of the project with this track. As befitting its title, it’s a heavy song and there’s a great big riff driving it… but there’s also a real melody in the chorus that displays the light and shade that the rest of the album brings… and just wait until you see the video!”
