Leftover Salmon Plot 35th Anniversary Tour

Leftover Salmon have announced a 2025 tour in celebration of the band’s 35th anniversary. From January to May, the jamgrass ensemble will traverse the United States, with stops across the Midwest and West. The band will also make a number of festival appearances next year.

To kick off the landmark anniversary tour, Leftover Salmon are slated for a performance at Hopkins, Minn.’s Hopkins Center For The Arts on Jan. 29. Upon making a stop at Appleton, Wis.’ Ice Dance Music Fest later that week, the band will head to Iowa City, Iowa to close out the month with a show at Englert Civic Theatre followed by a staging at Park City, Utah’s The Marquis Park City on Feb. 27. The Boulder-based group will then return to their home state for an appearance at Steamboat Springs, Colo.’s WinterWonderGrass event.

Following two more local performances in Telluride, Colo. on Mar. 8 and 9, Leftover Salmon are set for stops across Alabama and Florida, as well as a festival set at The Porter Pavilion Anaina Hou Community Park in Kilauea, Hi. After a penultimate headlining show at Chicago’s The Outset on Apr. 25, the anniversary tour will then come to a close at St. Louis’ Atomic on Apr. 26. Two more festival billings for Leftover Salmon in 2025 include Placerville, Calif.’s Golden Road Gathering from May 16-18 and Bender Jamboree in Las Vegas from Sept. 10-13.

This news arrives ahead of the band’s annual Thanksgiving run in Boulder, Colo., which is set to take place at Boulder Theater on Nov. 29 and 30. Both stagings will feature Sam Bush, with special guests Mountain Grass Unit on Friday and The Fretliners on Saturday. Leftover Salmon will then close out the year with a performance at Strings & Sol, followed by a New Year’s double-header at Portland, Ore.’s Revolution Hall on Dec. 30 and 31 with Jason Carter Band.
