Listen: Eric Krasno Reflects On The Intimacy Of Pandemic Lockdown With New Single, “Alone Together”

Eric Kranso shared the third single off his upcoming album Always which is due to drop on Feb. 4. The intimate track is titled “Along Together” and was written just a few weeks into the initial lockdown of 2020.

Krasno went into lockdown when his wife was two months pregnant, he wrote in a press release “The song is about silver linings, starting a family, and finding light in dark times. The production (Otis McDonald) leans into a psych-rock sound, which makes it a stand-out track.”

“Alone Together” highlights the beauty and permanence of family along with the internal stability those realities can give. On the track, Krasno sings, “You and I, alone together now/ I didn’t know we could create something divine and innocent in a time so cold.”
