Hot on the heels of making a surprise appearance at the National March for Israel in Washington, D.C., singer, songwriter, and alternative reggae rock artist Matisyahu announced a tour set for 2024. The 34-date outing will support Matisyahu’s upcoming EP, Hold The Fire, which features his newly released single “Fireproof” and is set to be released on Feb. 2 via his own Fallen Sparks Records.

Yesterday, Matisyahu joined thousands of demonstrators who united at the National Mall in support of Israel and against the antisemitism and bias incidents that have increased in the U.S. since the start of the Gaza war. During his time there, he used music as a force of connection and healing by sharing a rendition of his global anthem, “One Day,” alongside The Maccabeats.

“That was amazing. What an incredible thing it was to be with everybody and in total unity with the Jewish people in Washington, DC,” Matisyahu shared. “Singing ‘One Day’ together blew me away with what we’re going through right now. The way that song has become an anthem for so many young people is so moving. Thank you to everyone – what a day!”

The march marked one of the largest public displays of Jewish pride, solidarity with Israel, and inter-group unity based on shared American and Jewish values to date. Along with Matisyahu, the march also saw appearances from the President of Israel, Isaac Herzog, Debra Messing, Van Jones, Michael Rapaport, Israeli musicians Ishay Ribo and Omer Adam, family members of the hostages, faith leaders and bipartisan congressional leaders.

Matisyahu’s Hold The Fire Tour will kick off in Pensacola, Fla., on Jan 31. From there, it will make its way across the U.S., with special guest Cydeways, hitting St. Petersburg, Atlanta, New Orleans, Houston, Austin, Las Vegas, Berkeley, Portland, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Denver, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Boston, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and more, before wrapping March 23 in Brooklyn, N.Y. See below for the full routing.

Presales will be available tomorrow, Thursday, Nov. 16, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time, with the general on-sale beginning Friday, Nov. 17 at 10 a.m. local time. Learn more and find tickets here.
