Sexyy Red Praises Doctor Following Breast Augmentation: ‘I’m Back Double D’d Up’

Sexyy Red is feeling like herself again. Big Sexyy kicked off 2025 going under the knife for a successful breast augmentation that has her “back double D’d up.”

The St. Louis rapper took to her Instagram Story while at the doctor’s office showing her before and after results with a series of selfies on Thursday (Jan. 9).

“Didn’t want small no more I’m going back big,” she wrote in her hospital gown. TMZ reported this is her third breast surgery and that she decided to have another after suffering through back pain, among other ailments, in recent years.

Sexyy showed love to her doctor on her IG Story as well. “My chest looks soooo much better thank you sooooo much @drghesi you literally dat [ninja emoji],” she wrote.

He returned the favor: “You’re so welcome! Appreciate the love.”

She’s continued to show off the cosmetic work with additional selfies ahead of her appearance at the Mr. Jones nightclub in Miami on Friday night (Jan. 10), where Sexy will debut her new look.

2024 was another major year for Sexyy Red with the arrival of her In Sexyy We Trust project. Her hit “Get It Sexyy” reached the Billboard Hot 100’s top 20 and she notched guest appearances on Tyler, The Creator and GloRilla’s albums, too.

The 26-year-old has a few shows on tap for January where she’ll head to Detroit on Jan. 19 for The Big Show and then to Charlotte, N.C., on Jan. 22 for a DaBaby & Friends concert.
