Kendrick Lamar‘s surprise new album GNX has lit the music world ablaze since its release last Friday (Nov. 22), and now the rapper has debuted a colorful music video for the track “squabble up.” The clip was directed by longtime collaborator Calmatic and executive-produced by Lamar and Dave Free.

In it, Lamar hangs out in a room painted muted green, at times dancing or sitting in a chair while reading a fictional book titled How to Be More Like Kendrick Lamar for Dummies. A series of people move in and out of the space, including a child helping bounce a car up and down. At one point, Lamar also holds up a sign that reads, “Jesus saves gangsters too!”

The video appears to contain numerous easter eggs, including a poster for the Dec. 14 Compton Christmas Parade (could Lamar be performing?), a reference to Isaac Hayes’ outfit on the cover of his 1971 album Black Moses and a board filled with jumbled letters which fans speculate may contain hints about additional new music.

GNX is dominating traffic at streaming services, with the entire top 10 of Spotify’s U.S. chart occupied by songs from the album.
